Sophie Friedl is an exciting young actress breaking into the TV and film industry. She excels in dry/sarcastic comedy, and indie style films. Her relaxed and cool demeanor mixed with her spunk and cheeky attitude make her a unique leading actress.

Raised in the suburb of Winchester, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston, Sophie first found her love for acting at the age of 10 at Winchester Cooperative Theater. She took several years of voice lessons and dance, including ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary.

In high school, alongside her theatrical pursuits, Sophie played Division 1 girls volleyball for four years, achieving varsity status for her last two years. Her contributions helped secure her team a nearly undefeated season and a second place state title.

Sophie is a professionally trained actor who brings a variety of characters to life on stage and on screen. After graduating high school, Sophie attended the prestigious performing arts conservatory, The Hartt School at the University of Hartford, where she received her BFA in Actor Training in 2024. She also studied a semester abroad at Drama Studio London in her junior year. She recently moved to Los Angeles to further her career.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys singing, drawing, painting, sewing, upcycling clothing and furniture, fashion, and watching Phineas and Ferb.
